Fristyle (read “Freestyle”) is very much a wayward wine, made from Garnatxa Negra (Red Grenache) planted on granitic sand. Let’s not get carried away now in how we would like this wine to really be like! We know it will end up well, so we let it express itself with total liberty. This is also why we don’t add any sulphites to this wine.

The result at the end of the day is a wine which is free, which behaves differently on the palate and which truly flows.
