Germinal

Germinal expresses the minerality of granite and the influence of the Mediterranean. You will find graphite, but also aromas of chamomile, honey and honeycomb. Even, and this might surprise you, citrus notes of grapefruit and tropical fruit.

The acidity given by the granite gives it length and persistence in the mouth. An intense wine that leaves a mark.
